development, goal setting, résumé building and campus involvement
 Aid in the training of SLS faculty reviewing course material, curriculum, and effectively using their peer mentors

academic resources, success strategies, and keep them on track to graduation
 Work alongside professional staff to implement programs put on for students and their families such as Family
