Theme: Asian Securitization and Covered Bonds
Date & Location: Thursday 29 September 2016, Hong Kong or Singapore (tentative)
Objective: Bring together once a year the structured finance community from across Asia and the world to meet
with the regulatory community, network with issuers and investors, and participate in key policy discussions on
ways to develop Asia’s securitization/covered bonds market.
Program format: One-day conference featuring keynote speeches, presentations, panel discussions, concurrent
roundtables and networking sessions.
Speakers: Leading market practitioners of the securitization and covered bonds industry, including sell-side,
investors, issuers, corporate treasurers, global and regional regulatory community.
Sponsorship: Sponsorship opportunities are open to ASIFMA members and non-members. Active Asia
securitization and covered bonds practitioners are particularly encouraged.
Delegate profile: Expected to attract around 250 industry representatives, initially by invitation-only and then
marketed to a wider audience.
Delegate fees: Admission is free of charge for invited regulators, buy side, corporate treasurers and confirmed
speakers. Discounted rate at USD500 applies to members of ASIFMA and the conference endorsers (original price
at USD600). Sponsorship packages include a limited number of delegate passes.

About ASIFMA Structured Finance Conference 2015
Following the inaugural edition in Singapore in 2014, ASIFMA Structured Finance Conference 2015 was
held in October 2015 in Hong Kong themed ‘Asian Securitization and Covered Bonds’.
The conference attracted over 250 participants representing securitization/covered bonds Industry and
structured finance communities from Asia and the world in both sessions of informative conference and
interactive roundtables. Among the almost 50 senior speakers we had National Association of Financial
Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), The Secretariat of the China Securitization Forum (CSF),
Australian Securitisation Forum (ASF), Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF), Credit Guarantee &
Investment Facility (CGIF), Prime Collateralised Securities (PCS), Structured Finance Industry Group
(SFIG) and many other leading financial organizations.

The conference provided an excellent opportunity to bring together the structured finance community
from across Asia and the world to meet with the regulatory community, network with issuers and
investors, and participates in key policy discussions on ways to develop Asia’s securitization/covered
bonds market. The collective efforts by ASIFMA and the participating organizations aim to deepen,
broaden and facilitate the liquidity in the Asian capital markets.
