Cardinal Newman High School Foreign Language Department AP Spanish 2008-09 Mr. Javier Escalera A COURSE OUTLINE FOR STUDENTS Course Requirements. Be prepared for class every day! Complete your homework. There is no partial credit for homework. Homework will be checked from time to time. It needs to be completed and on the desk to receive credit. Study daily. Participate in class. Be at your seat and ready to start when the bell rings. A notebook with dividers for notes, classwork and homework is required. It is strongly suggested that it has pockets for the occasional handouts that will be given in class. Both spelling and accents are important in the Spanish language. Words that are not spelled correctly will be wrong. Words without the proper accents will be marked accordingly.
