Zbroz Racing is a team of key people dedicated to giving you the best possible
products from one source. We provide complete suspension kits or individual
components of the highest quality and performance for snowmobiles, ATVs, and
side by sides.
Our motivation to build suspensions stemmed from our racing background when
we found our need for a better performing suspension could not be met with the
industry standard. From there the quest began to build the absolute best
suspension available.
Our passion for racing continues by supporting top-level competitors in GNCC,
WORCS, DESERT and all forms of Snowmobile Racing. We are proud to support
these racers and will continue to be a supporter of Racing because here at Zbroz
Racing we feel there is no better proving ground for our products. Watch for us at

EXIT SHOCK RIDE QUALITY GUARANTEE
Exit shock technology comes from 20+ years of off-road and snowmobile racing
experience to give you the ultimate in ride quality, which is easily serviced for
years of reliable use.
All Exit shocks come with our ride quality guarantee.
If for any reason your not satisfied with the way they are performing. Just call us
within the first 60 days of use. We will re spring and re valve until you are satisfied,
no charge.
Piggyback or Remote Reservoir
Shocks can be built with either piggyback or
remote reservoir. We can build for
any application.
Exit Snowmobile shocks are at the heart
and soul of ZBROZ Racing. Not only do we
hold personally countless world titles and
race wins but those we support also prove
that excellent suspension is key to success.
No doubt if there’s fresh powder or hard
packed snow we’re probably out “testing”
constantly making improvements to design
and function.
External Compression Adjustment
X1 & X2 models only
Easily adjust your compression
dampening with a turn of the knob. High speed/
Low speed tuning is separated inside the shock
so you don’t have to guess which knob to turn.
Our adjuster knob allows for maximum
compression control.
Cross-Overs
These collars float inside the springs and
control at what point in the shock travel
each of the different rate springs are used.
This allows the shock to be tuned easier
and cheaper without changing valving.
Triple Rate & Dual Rate Springs
The best way to get a truly progressive
spring rate is to use multiple springs. All
EXIT front shock use dual or triple springs
with different rates picked for specific rider
weight and riding style.
Large Capacity Reservoir
Increased nitrogen pressure for
consistency and performance.
Ice Scratcher
Designed to keep ice and water from
entering the shock. Greatly extending the
period between services.
Heavy Duty Bump Stop
If the shock is bottomed-out the closed
cellular foam bump stop provides
bottoming resistance, and protects the
shock from damage.
External Rebound Adjustment

Simple effective adjustment of your
rebound dampening with the turn of a
knob. Anodized and knurled for long
lasting easy adjustment.

EXIT Center track Shocks are piggybacked for easy
installation and a clean look. The reservoir allows for better
cooling with the maximum amount of nitrogen volume. EXIT
center track shocks feature dual rate spring combinations
with crossover. Also standard is our threaded pre-load
adjustment allowing for quick adjustments based on
conditions and rider weight.

PROCLIMB STEERING POST UPGRADES
DROPS TWO POUNDS AND IMPROVES STEERING
Improve your turning radius and side hilling capability
with a improved lower steering post designed to increase
turning radius by 18 degrees. This is a must for
backcountry riding maneuverability. Upper post is also
modified to lower the steering post height with a riser
block and improve rider comfort. It also eliminates the
sloppy adjustable post and improves overall feel of
the machine.

YAMAHA A-ARMS
NYTRO 40” +3” FORWARD
New for this season we took everything we learned from the last two
years of building for the Nytro MTX and improved on it. Still a 39.750”
wide +3” forward design but an all new design of the lower A-Arm. We
changed how the arm is built in order to allow the shock mount to stay
in the stock location. This allows you to run a stock shock without any
modification to the shock itself (Saving you money). The new lower
design is strong but still lightweight, and the total kit with our improved
spindle design, and castor adjustable upper A-Arms come in under the
stock weight. Saving you precious pounds all while including spindles
that give you a much-improved steering geometry, and correct Camber
gain. The major advantage of a +3” forward A Arms is you will notice
more predictable side hilling characteristics as well as improved bump
performance. This Kit includes: Ball joints, A-Arms, Spindles and Tie
