Learn Every Day: The Program for Infants, Toddlers, and Twos, published in 2013, is composed of a

Free Option #1. KAPLAN ONLINE COMMUNITY The free Kaplan Online Community
implementation and training opportunities are designed to introduce and assist teachers on how to
effectively implement Learn Every Day: The Program for Infants, Toddlers, and Twos on a daily
basis to increase children’s school readiness skills.
Kaplan Early Learning is pleased to offer e-professional development for Learn Every Day: The
Program for Infants, Toddlers, and Twos through Quality Assist, Inc.! Quality Assist is an early
education company which has been providing professional development and technical assistance for
twenty-six years. All of Quality Assist's e-professional development courses are available 24/7, are
available wherever you have a computer and internet access, and are approved for Continuing Education
Units (CEUs) nationwide, and state training hours in many states. This course explores how children learn
to organize the information they receive through their senses, and provides strategies which teachers and
parents can use to support sensory development for infants, toddlers and twos. Through interactive online
experiences, participants will learn how to create sensory rich environments, implement activities
specifically designed to focus on each of the senses, and design modifications for children with sensory
integration challenges. This course is provided free of charge with the purchase of Learn Every Day:
The Program for Infants, Toddlers, and Twos. Upon successful completion of this course a certificate,
which includes the number of continuing education units, is e-mailed to the participant.
Free Option #2. REGIONAL PRE CONFERENCE INTRODUCTORY IMPLEMENTATION
SESSION
Regional pre-conference introductory implementation sessions will be presented annually at several
regional conferences for the life of the adoption, based on interest. The pre-conference session will allow
users to combine attendance at professional development conferences with curriculum implementation
training.

The day pre-conference session is designed to introduce and assist teachers on how to effectively
implement the curriculum on a daily basis to increase children’s school readiness skills.
Participants are encouraged, but not required, to view the online webinars prior to attending.
A schedule of preconference sessions will be maintained on the Kaplan website at
www.Kaplanco.com/resources/events. Detailed invitations will be sent to registered users who maintain a
working email address.
While the attendance to the Kaplan preconference session will be free of charge from Kaplan, the
hosting conference organization may require a nominal registration fee. Participants are required to
register for the preconference session following the requirements outlined by the hosting organization.
OPTIONAL:
CUSTOMIZED ON-SITE, ONE TO TWO DAY, INITIAL IMPLEMENTATION AND FOLLOWUP TRAINING for Learn Every Day: The Program for Infants, Toddlers and Twos
In an effort to help school districts, preschool programs, head starts, etc. meet needs specific to their
program, customized on-site implementation training is available. Customized sessions will include a
mini needs assessment and planning session over the phone. This allows specific areas of concern for
administrators and staff to be addressed during the implementation process.
Fee is based on the size of program, length of training and additional customizations needed. For
planning purposes, the initial daily training rate is $2500 per day for a maximum of 40 participants. Our
professional development department will be happy to customize a training proposal specific to your

Technical Assistance/Demonstration—In-classroom technical assistance and demonstration allow for
the highest impact of curriculum implementation. Learn Every Day: The Program for Infants,
Toddlers, and Twos experts will be available to provide one-on-one assistance to teachers during their
classroom day. For planning purposes, the initial technical assistance rate is $2500 per day. Please email
