Gung Ho!® Public Workshop
and Training for Trainers
Energizing Your Organization’s Culture
Thousands of uninspired and disengaged employees trudge
to work every day, and their lack of enthusiasm and effort
often dooms their companies to potential failure. The Gung
Ho!® culture change process enables organizations to create
a community of employees who understand how their work
is worthwhile, have control of achieving their goals, and
celebrate their accomplishments.
Learning to implement the Gung Ho! process is valuable
for leaders and managers of organizations who want to
increase productivity and satisfaction by raising morale in the
workplace.
The Gung Ho! training process is designed with two phases:
a two-day workshop and a three-day Training for Trainers
(T4T) session. Phase I is the Public Workshop and includes
an in-depth review of the core content of the Gung Ho!
program. Phase II is the T4T and includes extensive practice
presenting the core two-day workshop as well as in-depth
planning for implementation. This best-practice approach
helps trainers and managers not only deliver the Gung Ho!
training but also implement a training curriculum that offers
solutions to critical organizational issues. Managers and
trainers may choose to attend the Phase I workshop only or
they may attend both phases.
Learning Objectives Phase I
•
•
Clarify your personal purpose and values, and
explore how these align with the organization’s
purpose and values.
Discover your team’s Gung Ho! Quotient (GHQ)
and use this assessment to identify and analyze gaps
between your organization’s current reality and a
high performing organization’s best practices.
•
Learn the elements of the three Gung Ho!
principles.
•
Develop an action plan, based on the progressive
completion of the three principles, for making
Gung Ho! a reality within your sphere of
influence in your organization and beyond.
