APPLY TO PITCH YOUR PRODUCTS!
Instructions:
1) You must complete, sign and return the OFFICIAL APPLICATION FORM which can be found below and on
the Women in Toys website (www.WomenInToys.com), to Patti Becker at PBecker@BeckerAssoc.com with
"WALMART PiTCH! APPLICATION" in the subject line, by January 15th.
You will be notified if you are selected for the Walmart PiTCH! Unfortunately, not all interested candidates
may be selected to pitch.
2) Email your three time preferences to Patti Saitow at Patti.Saitow@Yahoo.com with "WALMART PiTCH!
SCHEDULING" in the subject line, by January 15th. All presentations will take place February 11th between
1-5pm.
3) You must sign and return the LEGAL AGREEMENT which can be found on the Women in Toys website
(www.WomenInToys.com) to Stephanie Pottick, Esq. at Stephanie@PottickLaw.com with "WALMART
PiTCH! LEGAL" in the subject line, by January 15th.
4) You must complete and return the PRODUCT SUBMISSION TEMPLATE which can be found on the
Women in Toys website (www.WomenInToys.com) to Amy Pennington at Amy@Paradise-horses.com with
"WALMART PiTCH! TEMPLATE" in the subject line, by January 15th. The template will provide Walmart with
a preview of your company and proposed products. Each company can propose up to 5 different items and
should complete one product slide per item.
5) You must be a Paid-up Member of WIT! Membership and renewal applications can be found on the
Women in Toys website (www.WomenInToys.com)
6) You must be a woman-owned business with a manufactured product. Woman-owned business means
your company must include at least one woman who owns the business in whole or in part.
7) All suppliers with products selected by Walmart will be expected to fulfill appropriate Walmart supplier
guidelines, which may include completing the Self-identification Form, Supplier Diversity Registration, Supplier
Checklist, obtaining a D&B Number, becoming a Certified Walmart Vendor, and other requirements as
directed by Walmart. For more information, see: http://corporate.walmart.com/suppliers/ or
http://corporate.walmart.com/suppliers/supplier-diversity/. Help is available to complete these forms after Toy
Fair. These forms are only required if your products are selected by Walmart for consideration in their product
mix.
