Rutgers Guest NetID Account Form

To get an eCOI account, simply log into https://ecoi.rutgers.edu with your assigned Rutgers
NetID and password.
If an individual does not have a Rutgers NetID: they must first attain a guest NetID by
completing the eCOI guest account form below, and emailing it to ecoi@ca.rutgers.edu
If you are unsure whether or not you have an account, please email ecoi@ca.rutgers.edu
