1 Introduction
HOW TO :
In yellow are the fields that should be filled for editing the document.
The Document Reference should be asked to the project leader.
Some items in the document are linked to the document properties. If you modify the document properties in the
Document Information Panel, the items will be updated with the information that you changed.
The items that are linked to a property are in blue in the document.
To change theses items, you have to update the document properties in the Document Information Panel.
1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, click Prepare, and then click Properties (when using Microsoft Office
Word 2007, otherwise for XP/2003 it is in File->Properties).
The Document Information Panel opens above your document.
2. Update the property information for your document:
Select the document property that you want to update and change the text information. For example,
you might want to change the Title in the document from "TWIRL Doc Template v0.2" to 'TWIRL French
Demonstrator Meeting Minutes'.
3. Select all your text and press "F9" to update all fields or right click on the field to update and then in the
context menu, choose update field information
