I coordinated a study with LSU Neurosurgeons to get outcome data for a new type of Spinal Fusion Construct to avoid Juxta-fusion failure in the lumbar spine. 1998 to 2001 Sulzer Spine-Tech Spine Specialist Managed two territories when I first started. In a short period of time, I stabilized the territory, organized records and instruments, helped train the new representative for half of the territory, and grew the business. I have trained new Doctors, coordinated Calf Spine Demos, and trained Doctors at a Laparoscopic Pig lab. Job responsibilities include Surgical Case coverage. I hired and trained my own surgical Consultants to cover spine cases.
