NOTICE TO JUVENILE TRAFFIC OFFENDERS
1. You are to report when indicated on the traffic citation to:

Cincinnati, Ohio 45202
2. At least one parent must accompany you to court.
3. All fines must be paid in cash.
4: Failure to appear will result in a warrant for your arrest.

Ohio law mandates that violations committed in specific areas
have an increased fine. If the words "INCREASED FINE"
appear above your ticket number, you are required to pay the
increased fine amount.
PAY THE INDICATED AMOUNT($) BY MAIL
Consult your copy of the citation in the area of the
box(es) that has a checkmark in the "ORCN", “CMCN”,
or "HCPR." area. The section number you have been
charged with will appear in that section. Then check
the payout form for the specific fine amount. If more
than one violation was written on this citation,
you are responsible for all fine amounts. If you
desire to pay the fine by mail, forward a check or money
order to: The Clerk of Hamilton County Municipal
Court, 1000 Sycamore Street, Roo m 115, Cincinnati
Ohio 45202.
PAY THE INDICATED AMOUNT(S) IN PERSON –
If permitted by the instructions on your citation you may
avoid a court appearance by personally paying the fine in
person prior to your court date. The fine may be paid at
the Hamilton County Municipal Court Clerk's Office at
the Hamilton County Justice Center, 1000 Sycamore
Street, Room 112, Cincinnati Ohio 45202 (Mon.-Fri. 8am8pm). Payments may be paid by cash, check, money
order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover
(credit cards have an additional convenience fee).
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
If you failed to provide proof of financial responsibility
to the Issuing/Charging Law Enforcement Officer at the
time the citation was issued, and the "FINANCIAL
RESPONSIBILITY PROOF SHOWN NO" block is
marked on your citation, you must provide proof of
financial responsibility to the Clerk of Courts if you pay
out the citation or go to the Court in which you are
ordered to appear.
If you do not pay the citation out before the scheduled
court date you MUST appear in court on the date and time
indicated on your citation. Please arrive early due to
courtroom security.

SPEEDING CITATION INSTRUCTIONS
4511.21 ORCN, 506.8 CMCN or 72-68 HCPR

If your speed was in a posted school zone and was over
20 MPH but not more than 35 MPH your payout is
$130.00
If your speed was in an area other than a posted school
zone and was not more than 25 MPH over the posted
speed limit, your payout is $130.00.
If your speed was in an area other than a posted school
zone and was over 25 MPH over the posted speed limit,
your payout is $170.00.
If operating in a construction zone and was over 25 MPH
more than the posted speed limit, your payout is $275.00
If operating in a construction zone and was not more than
25 MPH over the posted speed limit, your payout is
$195.00.
If operating in a posted school zone and your speed was
over 35 MPH, your payout is $170.00.
If you were charged with ASSURED CLEAR DISTANCE
(ACDA), your payout is $130.00
If you are late with your payment and a capias is issued,
the above fine will be increased by an additional $45.







