Natalie’s Mother reported Natalie’s history. Natalie was not a difficult pregnancy and was an easy
baby. She had several ear infections in first eleven months of her life and had bilateral tubes put in
at eleven months. No recollection of decrease of hearing or speech when an ear infection would
occur. Natalie’s older brother also had ear problems. There are no disorders in the family and she
has no allergies. Natalie is easy going and went to a private daycare three times a week.
