Our team of friendly, enthusiastic and highly efficient individuals feed in to the warmth and successful running of our Health Centre. THE ROLE As a front of house team member, you provide the first port of call for both our clients and for our team of practitioners. You help us deliver a fantastic welcome to all of our clients, look after our reception in a professional manner whilst working to maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere in the centre. You also provide a friendly and efficient administration service to our team of over thirty practitioners. Clients: Talking to clients about our broad range of treatments and helping them choose the treatment to suit their needs and specifically looking after clients coming to use the floatation tank facilitating the smooth running of their appointments. You will aim to achieve the highest levels of customer care. You should be able to communicate and engage clearly and sensitively with each client. We aim to ensure that no booking or accommodation is too much trouble and intuitively and thoughtfully we provide a personal approach to caring for each individual client, recognising their needs and maintaining the ethos of eau de vie. Practitioners: You are running the diary for our self-employed practitioners, making bookings and taking payments from clients for treatments and giving practitioners their takings at the end of their day. You are responsible for taking rent payments from practitioners and play a key role in looking after and supporting our team of practitioners in sustaining their busy and successful practices. Shop: Informing people about our range of organic and very carefully sourced shop products. You will be taking payments for products, gift vouchers and floatation sessions and competently complete daily cashing up duties at the end of a day. You also ensure that our shop is kept well stocked and beautifully presented. Administration duties: Responding to client booking enquiries and needs primarily alongside entering client details onto our data base, keeping our forms well stocked, making up gift vouchers, keeping business cards and leaflets well presented and stocked up. You also work with our management team with a variety of aspects affiliated with customer care, promotion and advertising. You will be able to work within busy multitasking environments, the ability to think on their feet with the capacity to remain calm and cheerful throughout. The role is demanding and at peak times very busy. We expect each team member to be flexible in the management of their time and tasks – we always put our clients first, so admin tasks should be appropriately prioritised. Centre duties and role development: Most importantly you will be maintaining a warm, welcoming and professional environment. Whilst on reception you are responsible for the smooth running of the centre. The role has great scope to vary from day-to-day. It has the potential to develop and become tailored to reflect your identified strengths and enjoyments working within a small business environment. We are looking for someone with skills in retail who can support us in managing our shop. The initial training wage for this role is £6.50 to increase to £7.50 once the preliminary month of training has come to a close. There is scope then for the wage to increase in accordance with responsibilities and role development.
