PROCEDURE TO MAKE PROPOSAL WORKS.
Size of the paper 8.5 x 11 (letter) Margin 30 mm (top, bottom, sides). With total justification of the margins right and left.
Papers will be written in work processor. Word version 6,0 in the following way.
1 Title in capital letter (typography Arial to 14 points and centered.
2 Author or authors data, institution, country, electronic address, this should be put on the left in Areal 12 points.
3 Summary of the work to simple space (Arial 12) with a maximum of 250 words.
4 Report to simple space (Areal 12 with a maximum of 10 pages). Make sure that the charts and illustrations included in the report are of good quality for their reproduction.

Summaries for the CONGRSS will be sent before January 30, 2007 and reports before
February 25 of the same year. Works will be published in the CD of the congress. This will be supported by Santiago Magazine of the Oriente University.
Quota of inscription.
$150.00 CUC (Cuban Convertible Currency) for professionals.
$90.00 (Cuban Convertible Currency) for pre-graduate. This category will be credited with an official document of the university in question which states this condition.
In both cases the feeding quota and lodging is independent.
The quota of delegates and students inscription include the module of accreditation , credential, briefcase, indexed CD with the reports, pen, general and scientific programs, certificate of attendance or of the author if a work is presented and the attendance to social activities, Toast of Welcome, Cultural Evening and Farewell dinner party with dancing music.
