HONORS PROJECT : Rocks in your State
1. Find a geologic map of the different rock types in your state.
Copy the map by hand or print off a copy and tape it in your
composition book. Make sure it is colorful or add color.
Make sure there is a map key for the rock types.
2. Write a page describing the rocks in your state. Cite your
sources.
