Golledge, Jr. is currently the principal of Golledge Strategies & Solutions LLC, a consulting firm focusing on environmental and public health matters. Prior to establishing the consulting firm, Bob served in a number of different capacities, primarily in the public sector, including Country Director for the Peace Corps in Ghana, Secretary of the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs, Commissioner of MassDEP, Regional Director in Worcester for MassDEP, Chief of Staff for MassDEP, and Director of Environmental Services at VHB. He also worked for the City of Lowell and the Town of Dartmouth before joining MassDEP’s Wetlands & Waterways Division in the late 80s. He also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica 1983-1985. Bob received his B.S. in Natural Resource Management from the University of Maine at Orono. Kimmell was appointed Commissioner of the MassDEP by Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs Richard K. Sullivan Jr. on December 20, 2010. Mr. Kimmell joined the Patrick Administration in January 2007 as general counsel of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. On an interim basis, he also served as general counsel to the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Prior to joining the Patrick-Murray Administration, Mr. Kimmell was in private practice where he focused on environmental and land use law and litigation, and argued numerous cases dealing with issues such as home rule powers of municipalities, zoning, and solid waste permitting. Mr. Kimmell graduated from Wesleyan University and UCLA School of Law. He lives in Newton, where he has served on the Newton Community Preservation Act Committee. He is also a former Board Member of the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissions. Thomas A. Dr. Rozich developed and applied new methodologies for designing and operating biotreatment systems that treat toxic, hazardous, and difficult-to-degrade wastes, and has directed overall design and implementation of innovative waste treatment systems domestically as well as in Asia and Europe. He managed several treatability and concept design efforts involving biological treatment and bioremediation. Dr. Rozich pioneered the practice of using respirometrically calibrated models for analyzing biological treatment systems and co-authored a textbook on the subject. He currently possesses three patents in the waste treatment technology.
