Description

We are currently looking for an IT Director who will be responsible for the planning, analysing and coordinating of the IT Department and the MIS Department in accordance to the company’s business objectives.

The IT Director works closely with key people of other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support an efficient technology solution for all aspects of the organization.

This position includes the following tasks:

Supervise a multidisciplinary team of professionals; programmers, analysts, computer technicians, network administrators;

Develop, maintain and implement web tools;

Direct and establish objectives for the IT and MIS departments;

Manage the financial aspects of each department including purchasing, budget and budget review;

Establish reporting processes, monitoring, approval and budget for all expenses;

Understand the organization and the organizational culture in order to gain support for initiatives and results within a complex environment;

Advise, develop and monitor the implementation of IT projects;

Ensure software support for users and monitor licenses;

Develop and implement policies and procedures in relation to the departments;

Supervise the IT user support and work with them to resolve issues related to systems and software.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; Management Information Systems or equivalent or equivalent experience;

 Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar position;

Experience in planning, implementation and maintenance of ERP and CRM software;

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms;

Strong knowledge of TCP / IP and ITIL standards;

Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft SQL server, IIS, DNS, and DHCP;

Knowledge in Firewall and IT infrastructure development experience;

Good knowledge of ASp.Net 2.0 (C#), T-SQL and Javascript;
