You will notice that some letters are underlined in each window. By pressing ALT and the underlined letter, the user can access these functions without using the mouse. Query Button: This will allow the user to browse the selected master file to see what records exist. Once the Query Dialogue is displayed the user will have the ability to select a different sort key or enter a starting point for the selected file. While in the record display area the user will have the ability to scroll up/down using the arrow and page up/down keys. The vertical scroll bar on the right may also be used to position within the file. Once a record has been selected (by pressing Enter or double clicking the mouse), the specified item is passed back to the program currently being run. Write Button: The write button is clicked to update a file with a new record, or update an existing record with the changes entered. If the exit or clear buttons is clicked prior to a write all information entered or any changes made will be lost. Clear Button: The clear button will clear the current record displayed and return to the beginning of the entry for the next record. Once the clear buttons has been clicked any information entered or changed will be lost. Exit Button: The exit button will end the current program and return the user to last menu. If a displayed record is partially written or any fields have been modified and the write buttons has not been clicked the user will lose any information that has been entered or changed. 3 Print Button: This will execute a print option for the current program you are running. The print job will be slightly different depending on the application you are running. This buttons in master file maintenance will allow the user to do get a listing with selective options depending on the master file selected. During other applications it may only print the record currently being displayed or start a report based upon the selected options. Note printers must be configured properly prior to this buttons working properly. First Record: This will display the first record in the file currently being worked on. Last Record: This will display the last record in the file currently being worked on. Prior Record: This will display the prior record in the file currently being worked on. Next Record: This will display the next record in the file currently being worked on. File Maintenance: When the user is in a master file query, this buttons will allow the user quick access to the master file maintenance. Once the user has added the necessary record to the master file the user may exit back to the query to select the new record to be passed back to the program currently being run. Changed By & Date: The system will keep track of the last date and user to add or modify all master file records. Shift + Tab Button or Shift + Enter Key: Pressing the Tab Button or the Enter Key while holding down the Shift Key will take the user backwards one Field. 4 Shift + F2 Key: Pressing the F2 Key while holding down the Shift Key will open the Query Field for the Field the user is currently in. F1 Key: Pressing the F1 Key will access notes for the field the user is in as well as all menus in the system. F8 Key: Pressing the F8 Key will access the report notes for the Report being used. Spell Check If a user is on version 10 of ProvideX or higher and using client 3.A they will now be able to right-click in any field to bring up a spell check option. You can check your version of ProvideX in the system information program found in the utilities menu. 5 Calculator A new calculator button has been added to several of the numeric entry fields throughout the system. If a user clicks the button, a calculator will appear. Upon clicking the return button or hitting enter, the calculated value will be entered into the value field. 6 Inventory Tables Size Range Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Size Range Master) Note: Full Circle has the ability to handle two dimensional size arrays. Every size scale can have multiple, 2 character, size types with up to 18 sizes per size type. This can be used to set up items with two measurement sizes such as shoes (width and size), pants (waist and length), or shirts (neck and sleeve). The Size Scale can play an important role in Production to determine Yields for Styles with Multiple Sizes & Size Types. Size Scale Code: Size scale code can be up to 3 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. The Size Scale Code is attached to Style Numbers in the Style Master. Modify an existing code by entering the size scale code or use the drop down to display size scale codes already defined. If the size scale code entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new size scale code record. Description: Size scale description has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. This description appears in queries on the Size Scale. 7 Size Type Code: Size type code can be up to 2 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. Modify an existing code by entering the existing code or use the drop down to display size type codes already defined. If the size type code entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new size type code record. The size type code appears on all documents (Sales Orders/Cut Tickets/Purchase Orders) where Styles are entered. If there is only 1 size type on a size scale, it is recommended to use "unobtrusive" size type code such as " _". Size: Size code has a maximum of 4 Alpha/Numeric characters. The size prints above units on documents containing Style quantities. Description: Description has a maximum of 15 Alpha/Numeric characters. NRF: NRF size code is 5 characters in length. The NRF size code is mandatory for generating UPC codes. National Retail Foundation’s (NRF) phone number is (800) NRF-HOW2 or can be accessed on line: http://www.nrf.com. Active: This field will dictate to the system if quantities can be entered for this size. If you build a size for future use or need to make a size inactive, enter an (N). If the size is active, enter a (Y). Note: The size, description, NRF, and active flags are repeated for all 18 sizes. CHANGING AN EXISTING SIZE SCALE CAN CAUSE DATA INTEGRITY PROBLEMS. Please consult your support staff for assistance prior to any changes. 8 Product Type Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Inventory Code Tables, Product Type Master) *This program has the ability to print to Excel Users can sort by description in the inquiry screen. Product Type: Inventory type can be up to 2 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the inventory type exists, enter the existing inventory type for modification or use the query button to display inventory types already defined. If the inventory type entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new inventory type record. Description: Inventory type description has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. *This program has the ability to print to Excel 9 Product Category Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Inventory Code Tables, Product Category Master) *This program has the ability to print to Excel Product Category: Category can be up to 4 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the category exists, enter the existing category for modification or use the query button to display categories already defined. If the category entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new category record. Description: Category description has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. Standard Box Quantity: This field is a 6 character numeric field. Merchandise Tax Code: Enter the merchandise tax code or use the query tool to display codes already defined. *This program has the ability to print to Excel 10 Sub Category Maintenance (Tables, Inventory Tables, Inventory Code Tables, Sub Category master) *This program has the ability to print to Excel Sub Category: Category can be up to 4 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the category exists, enter the existing category for modification or use the query button to display categories already defined. If the category entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new category record. Description: Category description has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. 11 Stitch Type Code Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Inventory Code Tables, Stitch type code master) *This program has the ability to print to Excel Stitch type Code: Enter up to four degit code or use the query tool to display Stitch type codes already defined. 12 Stitch Name Code Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Inventory Code Tables, Stitch Name Code Master) *This program has the ability to print to Excel Stitch Name Code Master: Enter up to four digit code or use the query tool to display Stitch name codes already defined. 13 Color Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Color Master) *This program has the ability to print to Excel Color Code: Enter the Color Code or use the query tool to display Color Codes already defined. Color Description: Color description has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. * QRS Restriction Warning “10 Characters or less for color description” * NRF Code: NRF color code is 3 characters in length. National Retail Foundation should be contacted to get a listing of their codes. 14 Active: Enter “Y” for Yes or “N” for No. Color Type Code: Enter the Color Type Code or use the query tool to display Color Type Codes already defined. Dye House: Enter the Dye House or use the query tool to display Dye Houses already defined. *This program has the ability to print to Excel 15 Content Code Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Inventory Code Tables, Content Code Master) *This program has the ability to print to Excel Content Code: Content code can be up to 4 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the content code exists, enter the existing content code for modification or use the query button to display content codes already defined. If the content code entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new content code record. Line 1 - 4: Lines allow a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. Status: Items marked active will display in the query screen, items marked inactive will not display in the query screen and cannot be assigned to a style. 16 Search: Click on this button to search the content codes by name of the content. 17 Royalty Code Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Inventory Code Tables, Royalty Code Master) *This program has the ability to print to Excel Royalty Code: Royalty Code can be up to 4 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the Royalty Code exists, enter the existing Royalty Code for modification or use the query button to display Royalty Codes already defined. If the Royalty Code entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new Royalty Code record. Description: Enter the description for the royalty code. Percentage: Enter the percentage for the royalty code. 15% would be entered as 15.00 Dollar amount: This field can be utilized instead of or in conjunction with the percentage field. Status: Items marked active will display in the query, items marked inactive will not display in the query screen and cannot be assigned to a style. *This program has the ability to print to Excel 18 Season Code Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Season Code Master) *This program has the ability to print to excel Season Code: Season code can be up to 4 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the season code exists, enter the existing season code for modification or use the query button to display season codes already defined. If the season code entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new season code record. Description: Season Description has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. Start Date: Season start date is an eight character field (MMDDYYYY). When EDI purchase orders are converted, the sales order season will be assigned based on start ship date in comparison with the season start and end dates. End Date: Season end date is an eight character field (MMDDYYYY). When EDI purchase orders are converted, the sales order season will be assigned based on start ship date in comparison with the season start and end dates. Default Aging Date: Season aging date is an eight character field (MMDDYYYY). The default aging date would override the aging date from the customer's pre-defined terms code on an invoice. 19 Active: Each Season can be marked Active (Y) or In-Active transaction cannot be placed in In-Active Seasons. Rep Order Discount (Y/N): Enter a (Y) to allow Reps to enter discounts for the selected season. Maintenance Divisions: When an EDI sales order is processed, the start ship date on the order determines the season that is placed on the sales order header. With the above enhancement the season can now have different start and cancel dates by division. Division: Enter Divisions that are allowed to be entered for this season. Inventory Classification Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Inventory Classification Master) *This program has the ability to print to excel Company: Will default to the current company Inventory Classification Code: Inventory Classification code can be up to 4 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the Inventory Classification code exists, enter the existing code for modification or use the query button to display current codes already defined. If the Inventory Classification code entered does not exist, 20 the user will be prompted to create a new season code record along with the description and Status (active/non active) 21 Warehouse Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Warehouse Master) Warehouse Code: A Warehouse code can be up to 2 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the warehouse code exists, enter the existing warehouse code for modification or use the query button to display warehouses already defined. If the warehouse code entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new warehouse code record. Description: Warehouse name has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. Address 1: Address one has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. Address 2: Address two has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. Address 3: Address three has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. City: City has a maximum of 25 Alpha/Numeric characters. State/Prov: State or Province has a maximum of 2 Alpha/Numeric characters, and is validated against the State Master file. Use the query button to display states already defined 22 Postal Code: Postal (Zip) code has a maximum of 15 Alpha/Numeric characters. If the warehouse is in USA, make sure the zip code is the 9 digit zip code. Country: Country has a maximum of 3 Alpha/Numeric characters, and is validated against the Country Master file. Contact: Contact has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. Phone: Phone number has a maximum of 15 Alpha/Numeric characters. E-mail Contact: E-mail Contact has a maximum of 60 Alpha/Numeric characters and is for reference purposes only. 2nd Warehouse: Seconds’ warehouse has a maximum of 2 Alpha/Numeric characters, and is validated against the Warehouse Master file. Currency: Enter the default currency code assigned to this Warehouse. The query button will display what currency codes are already defined. ATS Warehouse: ATS Warehouse Code can be up to two Alpha/Numeric characters in length. The ATS Warehouse would only be used if an off-site warehouse existed. Example: Company X has a Warehouse in Canada (Warehouse Code 02) that is supplied by the main Warehouse (Warehouse Code 01). In this case, the user would enter Warehouse Code 01 in the ATS Warehouse Code field when creating Warehouse Code 02. When an order is placed from Warehouse Code 02, the Available To Sell for Warehouse Code 01 would be displayed as the order is being shipped from Warehouse Code 01 to Warehouse Code 02. WMS Default: If this box is checked the following inventory transactions cannot be performed on the warehouse: inventory adjustments, FG PO receipts, cut ticket receipts or RMA receipts. A “WMS Code” option was also added for WMS Reference. Ignore ATS: Check the ignore ATS box if sales orders should not be checking ATS. Allow Cancel Picks: When checked defines which warehouses are allowed to have tickets cancelled. 23 Style Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Style Master) Style Codes Tab Style Number: Style number can be up to 10 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the style number exists, enter the existing style number for modification or use the query button to display style numbers already defined. If the style number entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new style number record. Style Description: Style description has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. Alt.Description: Alternative style description has a maximum of 17 Alpha/Numeric Characters. Customs Description: The customs description has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric Characters. Size Range: Enter the Size Range or use the query button to display Size Ranges already defined. 24 Season Code: Enter the Season Code or use the query button to display Season Codes already defined. Cntry of Origin: Enter the Country Code or use the query button to display Country Codes already defined. Category: Enter the Category or use the query button to display Categories already defined. Division: Enter the Division Number or use the query button to display Division Numbers already defined. Label: Enter the Label Number or use the query button to display Label Numbers already defined. Royalty Code: Enter the Royalty Code, if applicable, or use the query button to display Royalty Codes already defined. Content: Enter the Content Code or use the query button to display Content Codes already defined. Group: Enter the Group Code or use the query button to display Group Codes already defined. Primary Supplier is validated against the Vendor Master File. Responsibility: Enter the Responsibility Code or use the query button to display responsibility codes already defined. Product Type: Enter the Product Type or use the query button to display Product Types already defined. Product Class: Enter the Product Class or use the query button to display Product Classes already defined. Fabric Class: Enter the Fabric Class or use the query button to display previously defined Fabric Classes. Reason: The Reason Code specifies the reason the Style was Discontinued. The Reason Codes that are defined are (D) – Discontinued, (W) – Withdrawn and (S) Sold Out. Available Date: Available Date is an eight character field (MMDDYYYY). Retail Department: Retail Department has a maximum of 5 Alpha/Numeric characters. Retail Vendor: Retail Vendor has a maximum of 6 Alpha/Numeric characters. 27 Available for Web: Check this box if you want this item on post on the web. To be able to post styles on the web please contact Innovative System.. NAFTA Compliant: Use this checkbox to mark if the Style is NAFTA compliant. Vendor Split: Vendor Split has a maximum of 4 Alpha/Numeric characters. Pre-Pack Style: Check this box to have prepacks exploded out into units in order inquiries. HTS #: Enter the HTS Number of use the query tool to display HTS Numbers already defined. Asst Type: Use the pull down menu to select None, Explode into Colors or Implode into Assorted. Check ATS: Use the pull down menu to select No, Warning Only, Block Over Sold or Auto Cancel Over Sold. This function directly affects order entry. Over Sell %: Over Sell Percentage can be up to a maximum of 5 Numeric characters in length. 5.5 Percent would be entered as 5.50. Lead Time (Manufacture): Manufacture lead time is a 5 character numeric field. Lead Time (In-Transit): In-transit lead time is a 5 character numeric field. Inv classification: This currently for information purposes only Available to B2B: Use checkbox to mark a style as available Stitch type: Enter your stitch type or use the query for pre-determined stitch types Stitch Name: Enter your stitch name or use the query for pre-determined stitch name 28 Style Cost Tab Price Method: Price method is 1 character in length. If the standard price on this style is the same for all colors and all sizes, enter an (S). If the standard price is different for different colors but the same for all sizes on a color, enter a (C). If the standard price is different for different sizes but the same for one size on all colors, enter a (D). If the standard price is different for different sizes and different colors, enter an (E). Price (Wholesale): Price has a maximum of 8 numeric characters. The standard price should be entered in the currency used by this company. Markdown Price: Markdown Price has a maximum of 8 numeric characters. The Markdown Price should be entered in the currency used by this company. Wght/Unit: Average weight per unit has a maximum of 5 numeric characters. The weight should be entered in US pounds. 29 MSRP (Sugg Retail Price): Manufacturer’s suggested retail price has a maximum of 6 numeric characters. The MSRP should be entered in the currency used by this company. Standard Box Qty: The Standard Box QTY is used if labels are printed for inventory purposes. Enter the number of units for this style that fit in a box. Cost Method: Cost method is 1 character in length. If costing on this style is the same for all colors and all sizes, enter an (S). If costing is different for different colors but the same for all sizes on a color, enter a (C). If costing is different for different sizes but the same for a size on all colors, enter a (D). If costing is different for different sizes and different colors, enter an (E). If price and costs are done at the style/size level the system will display a dialogue box for the user to enter the appropriate values. Std Cost: Standard cost has a maximum of 8 numeric characters. The standard cost should be entered in the currency used by this company. Valuation Cost: The Valuation Cost has a maximum of 8 numeric characters. The average valuation cost should be entered in the currency used by this company. The system will automatically adjust or populate the valuation cost when items are received based on the PO costs. 30 Actualized Cost: Actualized Cost is calculated based on A/P Matching. The system will automatically adjust the Actualized Cost based on match Invoices. Outlet MSRP: Enter the MSRP for outlet orders. Standard Box Qty: This field will auto-populate based on the product category. 31 Style Colors Tab (Values and Dates) Color: Color code can be up to 4 Alpha/Numeric characters in length, and is validated against the Color Master file. If the style/color code exists, enter the existing color code for modification. The query button will display color codes already defined in the Color Master file. If the style/color code entered does not exist, the user will be prompted to create a new style/color code record. Color Description: Style/color description has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters. * QRS Restriction Warning “10 Characters or less for color description” * Price (Wholesale): Price has a maximum of 8 numeric characters, in the form of ###,###.00. The standard price should be entered in the currency used by this company. If the price method is not set for color level pricing, this field is ignored by the system. 32 Markdown Price: Markdown Price has a maximum of 8 numeric characters, in the form of ###,###.00. The Markdown Price should be entered in the currency used by this company. If the price method is not set for color level pricing, this field is ignored by the system. MSRP (Sugg Retail Price): Manufacturer’s suggested retail price has a maximum of 7 numeric characters, in the form of ##,###.00. The MSRP should be entered in the currency used by this company. Please note that if this field is left blank (.00), the MSRP will default from the Style Cost tab. Std Cost: Standard cost has a maximum of 8 numeric characters in the form of ###,###.00. The standard cost should be entered in the currency used by this company. If the cost method is not set for color level costing, this field will be ignored by the system. Outlet MSRP: Enter the MSRP for outlet orders. Valuation Cost: The Valuation Cost has a maximum of 8 numeric characters, in the form of ###,###.00. The valuation cost should be entered in the currency used by this company. The system will automatically adjust or populate the valuation cost when items are received based on the PO costs. Alt Ref: Alt Ref is a 20 character alpha/numeric field. 33 HTS#: Enter the harmonized tax number for this style/color or use the query button to select from a list already defined. NAFTA Compliant: Use this check box to mark if the color is NAFTA compliant. If left unchecked the system will default to the NAFTA Compliant check box from the style codes. Non Web Color: Check this box to mark the style/color as a non web color. PP-Sample Approval: Check this box when the pre-production sample has been approved. Allow UPC Gen: Check this box to allow UPC’s to be generated for this style/color. 34 Style Colors Tab (ATS and Codes): Check ATS: Use the pull down menu to select No, Warning Only, Block Over Sold or Auto Cancel Over Sold. This function directly affects order entry. Season Code: Enter the Season Code or use the query button to choose a Season Code or leave blank. Country of Origin: Enter the Country of Origin or query to choose from a list already defined. If this field is left blank the Country of Origin from the style codes will be used. Content: Enter the Content code or use the query button to choose from a list already defined. If this field is left blank the Content code from the style codes will be used. Marker: Enter in the Marker code or use the query button to select already defined Markers. 35 Lead Time (Manufacture): Manufacture lead time is a 5 character numeric field. Lead Time (In-Transit): In-transit lead time is a 5 character numeric field. Segment: Enter the Segment Number or use the query tool to display codes already defined. Pocket: Enter the Pocket Number or use the query tool to display codes already defined. Care Code: Enter in the Care code or use the query button to select already defined Care codes. Garment Class: Enter in the Garment Class code or use the query button to select already defined garment class codes. Fabric Class: Enter in the Fabric Class code or use the query button to select already defined fabric class codes. Merchandise Collection: Enter in the Merchandise Collection code or use the query button to select already defined codes. Royalty code: Royalty code can be assigned at the color level. If this field is populated it will override what is assigned at the style level. Pri Supplier: Primary supplier can be assigned at the color level and will override what is entered at the style level. Inv Classification: Inventory classification can be assigned at the color level. A pre-determined list of codes can be seen by using the query button. 36 Custom Tab This tab was added for future development plans. 37 Foreign Price Tab Currency Code: Enter the Currency Code or use the query button to display Currency Codes already defined. Color: Enter the Color Code or use the query button to display color codes already defined in the Style/Color Master file. Avail Date: Date Available is an eight character field (MMDDYYYY). Discontinued: Discontinued date is an eight character field (MMDDYYYY). Foreign Price: Price has a maximum of 8 numeric characters, in the form of ###,###.00. The standard price should be entered in the currency specified. Outlet MSRP: Enter the MSRP for outlet orders. 38 Markdown Price: Markdown Price has a maximum of 8 numeric characters, in the form of ###,###.00. The Markdown Price should be entered in the currency specified. Drop Ship Only: Use the Drop Ship checkbox to mark if this Style needs to be Drop Shipped. Foreign MSRP: Foreign Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price has a maximum of 6 numeric characters. Std Cost: Standard cost has a maximum of 8 numeric characters, in the form of ###,###.00. The standard cost should be entered in the currency used by this company. Valuation Cost: The Valuation Cost has a maximum of 8 numeric characters, in the form of ###,###.00. The average valuation cost should be entered in the currency used by this company. The system will automatically adjust or populate the valuation cost when items are received based on the receiving costs. HTS #: Enter the HTS # or use the query tool to display codes already defined. Merchandise Tax Category: Enter the merchandise tax category or use the query tool to display codes already defined. Check ATS: This check ATS option selected will apply to orders with matching currency/colors. 39 Size Scale Tab Color: Enter a color to create a specific size range for that color or leave blank to create a size range for all colors. Note: The Size Scale Tab allows the user to deselect Active Sizes for the Style being created. If XS and XL were not being offered for a particular style, the user would uncheck the XS and XL fields and press the Write button. The Reset button will recheck all active Sizes and Size Types that exist in the Size Range Selected in the Style Master Header. The Disable All button unchecks all Sizes and Size Types. Additionally, if all sizes were offered when the style was created, and there was a decision to only offer Small, Medium or Large at a later date, the user could go into the Size Scale tab and deselect XS and XL. This would preclude any additional orders from being entered for XS and XL. 40 Std Pack Tab Note: The Standard Pack allows the user to determine the size ratios that a Style should be sold in. See above example for entering a standard pack quantity., if you wanted the Style ordered as in multiples of 1 XXS, 1 XS, 2 S, 2 M, 2 L, 2 XL, 1 XXL & 1 XXXL, the Std Pack Tab would be filled out as see in the example above. The Standard Pack can be overridden in Order Entry but not in Rep Order Entry. The Reset Button changes all of the Standard Pack values to 0. The Write Button writes the record (recording any modifications that have been made.) 41 Printing From the Style Master (Tables, Inventory Tables, Style Master) If the user clicks on the Print button located on the header of the style master, the above screen will be displayed. IF the user checks the Line List Box the Currency and Include Cost fields will be available. Sort By: Use the pull down menu to sort the report by Style, Description, Division/Label or Supplier. Include Note: Check this box to print the Notes of each style. Line List: Check this box to print a Line List. After the Line List box is checked the Currency and Include Cost fields will appear. Discontinued Style/Color: Select an option how you would like the report to run. 43 Customer Part X-Ref (Tables, Inventory Tables, Customer Part X-Ref) Customer Part X-Ref is used when a Customer (e.g. J.C. Penny) requests that Style Numbers be converted to their internal Style Numbers (e.g. Lot and Line Numbers in the case of J.C. Penny) for all outgoing EDI transmissions. Customer: Enter the Customer Number or use the query button to display Customer Numbers already defined. Department: Customer department numbers can be up to 5 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. If the department is blank the X-ref will apply to all departments. A second entry may be done for a specific department. Size Type: Size type has a maximum of 2 Alpha/Numeric characters, and is validated against the Size Scale assigned to the selected style. The drop down button will display the size types available. 44 Cust Part Number: Customer Part Number (SKU) code has a maximum of 20 Alpha/Numeric characters. Ratio: Ratio is a maximum of 2 numeric characters. Note: For this example the customer part number and ratio is repeated for all active sizes. *If multiple sizes are assigned to the same customer part number the ratio must be entered to specify the size breakdown for converting EDI purchase orders. Line 1 - 20: Each line defines the position, size, and data that will print on the label. Each line must begin with a two-digit data code, if not the line will be skipped. This new tool will work for cut tickets, sales orders, PO’s, and transfers. 58 Mass Style (Color) Update: (Tables, Inventory Tables, Mass Style Color Update) The program has been updated to allow greater functionality and room for future options. In the upper-left hand corner users can find the options available to filter what styles should be updated. In the upper-right hand corner users can determine what should be updated. After these two steps have been completed users can use the search and update section on the bottom of the program to check the data and update the tables. “PP sample approval” was added as an available change field. 59 Production Manager Maintenance: (Tables, Inventory Tables, Production Manager Maintenance) *This program has the ability to print to Excel Responsibility Code: The Responsibility Code can be up to 3 Alpha/Numeric characters in length. It is used to keep track of Cut Tickets & Finished Good Purchase Orders through reporting. Production Manager Name: Production Manager Name has a maximum of 30 Alpha/Numeric characters.
