Objectives and Theme of the Outline
This course gives a clear insight into
what constitutes effective verbal and
written business communication skills. It
introduces underlying communication
theories and gives students the
opportunity to practice and enhance
their (business) communication skills in
English. The core objectives of this
course are to enable the students to:
1. Understand and practice the
fundamentals of written and verbal
