Bundle Campaign Policies
 Bundle campaign codes must lock in the resulting bundle price point (using Method J) to protect the
customer from any rate increase. The locked rate only applies to those minimum service codes
required to build that bundle (listed in the tables above in 2.1 and 2.4) and does not cover any
additional products or services the customer adds to their bundle.
 The discounting associated with the bundle campaign codes should discount the applicable zerorated bundle service code.
Bundle Benefit
Bundle Benefit Code Set-up and Code Requirements:
The Bundle Benefit service code is BUNBEN. BUNBEN should be set-up to require one of the 3-product
Flagship Bundles (BUNBRNZ, BUNBRON, BUNSILV, BUNGOLD, or BUNPLAT).
Bundle benefits should be set so that OCF increases with customer the value of the bundle benefit increases
(either monetary or perceived value).

Bundle Benefit Portfolio
Annual bill credit: A bill credit after the completion of one year of service (applied on 13 month). For
higher bundles (Gold and Platinum), in addition to month 13, the bill credit can also be applied on
month 24 – for a total of two bill credits. Due to the potential retention value of a bill credit, this is the
preferred bundle benefit.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to customers with bundle codes when they alter their service? Bundle service codes have
minimum product requirements. As long as the customer still has the minimum product level, the bundle service
code will maintain. If the customer drops below the minimum service level, the rep will receive an error message that
requires removing the bundle service code before completing a downgrade order. Any campaign discount pointed to
the bundle service code will also cease.
What if a customer wants to change their Bundle Benefit? Customers cannot change their bundle benefit while
in the same bundle.
Can a customer change the selection in their bundle benefit?
No. .
Can a customer change bundle benefit(s) mid-campaign (bundle benefit period), but keep their bundle the
same?
No. Once a customer commits to a bundle benefit they must keep that same bundle benefit for the duration of the
offer. If a customer changes bundles, they would be able to select a new benefit, but their bundle benefit period
would also restart.
When a customer selects the EOY bill credit – who/how are these processed?
The EOY bill credit will automatically be included on the bill in the 13th and 24th month of service via the bundle
benefit service code (BunBen).
4
What happens when a customer rolls off of their bundle?
The customer’s core PSUs will roll to retail rates. Plans are currently underway to handle roll off.
Can we combine 1P offers with the new bundles?
Varies by market
What is the installation policy?
Standard installation policy applies. Input system specific install policy here.
What happens to a customer’s bundle if they go into non-pay? At time of reconnect?
Account will be suspended. If customer reconnects, must pay outstanding balance and select new plan.
Can we still sell the original bundles?
No. Any current bundle codes will be grandfathered to use the new codes which drive additional value.
