gluten-free foodstuffs (2 pages, in Slovenian).

Description of content: This Rules on the rules on gluten-free foodstuffs defines the
requirements for gluten-free foods or foods with very low content of gluten that have to be
meet in regard of composition and labelling. Those foodstuffs have been especially
processed or prepared to meet the dietary needs of persons with special dietary need
intolerant to gluten or prolamins from cereals.

Consumer protection.

materials coming into contact with foodstuffs (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia

Document that the draft standard will replace: Rules on the conditions to be fulfilled by
gluten-free and very low gluten foodstuffs (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No
46/02).
