This goal supports Aim 1: Continued Student Success. Monitoring will occur at the
teacher level through continuous use of various systems (Indivual Student Goal plans
for assessment, Parent Bridge, Study Island, Assessment dashboard, Freya, etc.) to
track student progress.
The following will be used to compile a body of data: School Accountability Report,
Common Assessments (in core areas where they have been developed) and FMS
Accreditation Report and Freya reports on the teacher level.

ISIP Goals serve as an umbrella for individual, grade level and curriculum goals.
Goals were established through CSAP data analysis, Common Assessments (if
available within a team) and PLC teams over the past two years using a collaborative
process.
