REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
A passport is required and should be valid for at least the duration of the visit, and contain at
least one blank visa page.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
A Visa is required and can be obtained on provision of the following:
 2 completed application form: Be completed online at http://www.evisa.mfa.uz/
 2 passport-size photograph stapled to application form
 Valid passport
 A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. Be approved by the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs and transmitted by them to the Embassy prior to submission
 Company letter addressed to Embassy stating purpose of visit & duration of stay
Multiple Entry Applicants
1 copy of every page of applicant’s passport
Applicants requiring a multiple entry visa must: Ensure number of days stay requested on the
visa form is correct as that is what will be printed on the visa
Ensure that supporting documentation does not state business discussions/meetings or a single
entry visa will be issued
Processing time is dependent upon the receipt of Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval from Uzbekistan
VISA COSTS AND LEAD TIME
Please note a minimum period of 8 days is required by the Embassy for visa processing.
Therefore please allow at least 10 working days to obtain visa. The Dublin Chamber of
Commerce will be pleased to seek a visa on your behalf. The fee for this service is:

The Dublin Chamber of Commerce normally expects to be able to obtain visas/legalisations within a stated timeframe. However, due
to the nature of the service, no guaranteed return/completion date can be given.
HEALTH REGULATIONS
Compulsory vaccinations: none.
Recommended immunisations: diphtheria & TB, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, polio, tetanus,
typhoid.
Health risks: rabies.
