form is the first step for technician employment consideration. Once your verification form and resume are received, you will be
considered for pre-employment testing. Only the most qualified top candidates will be selected for this testing. Testing is also
mostly limited to candidates qualified for a current opening.
Candidates that are selected for testing must meet the minimum requirements of the pre-employment exams to apply for Wafer

Texas Instruments Wafer Fab Technician employment candidates are also required to meet the minimum educational
requirements of a completed Associates degree or a completed superior degree or have the equivalent job related military
training. Candidates must be able to present documentation such as a diploma, final transcripts, or military release papers such
as a DD214 to the staffing department before taking technician pre-employment exams.

Work Schedule/Shift
Most Engineers will work a 1st shift schedule but technicians and supervisors will most often work compressed schedules. A
large portion of new openings for technicians and supervisors will be for compressed B and C night shift positions.
