Project Quality Management Implementation Plan In the project quality management planning, we indicated the principles that will allow the team to produce the highest quality possible deliverables. These are: i. Prevention over inspection: mistakes will be avoided as the project progresses because it is generally recognized that the cost of preventing mistakes is generally much less than the cost of correcting them; ii. Continuous improvement: in this project, the team will follow the “plan-do-check-act” principle of project management, which requires that at each stage of the project the project team plan what needs to be done, then executes it, then verifies the results and implements any necessary corrections and/or improvements as the project progresses. The quality management metrics depicted in table 1 were also developed. Table 1. The person writing a document or part of a document will ensure that it is carefully prepared; ii. Each project team member will then review the document and suggest modifications and/or improvements; iii. The document will finally be reviewed by the document coordinator who will ensure that it is of the highest quality before delivery. To ensure that the quality management plan described in the project management plan and summarized above will be efficiently and effectively implemented, each team member has committed to the following: Communicate with other team members openly and clearly; Solicit feedback from other team members; Listen and learn from suggestions from other team members; Submit performance reviews as per the schedule defined by the team. The team as a whole will make sure that: Each team member knows what us expected from him; Team members are assigned equitable work; Regular team meetings are held to review the individual team members’ quality performance and team quality performance; Necessary adjustments are made as soon as possible; Team members are empowered to complete their assigned task as they see fit, as long as the results meets the specifications and expectations. The guiding principles and the three-step process described above are scrupulously followed.
