of Act CXCV of 2011 on Public Finances and Article 3 (1) 1 c of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National
Assets) qualified as a transparent organization and satisfies the following joint criteria:
a)
The Executive Officers of the organization represented by me can be identified (I make
detailed declarations thereabout in Section 1 of present declaration).
b)
Neither the Civil Society Organisation / Water Works Association4 nor its Executive Officers
hold more than 25% share in any non-transparent organization.
c)
The registered office of the organization represented by me5 is located in
- a member country of the European Union,
- a country that is a contracting party to the European Economic Area,
- a member country of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, or
- a country with which Hungary has signed a Double Taxation Convention, and said

d) The organization represented by me and its Executive Officers hold more than 25%
share in organizations defined in Section 2, (I make detailed declarations thereabout in
Section 2).
I acknowledge that (pursuant to Article 11 (12) of Act on National Assets.) the party granting the
utilization may terminate the agreement for the utilization of the national assets without
compensation with immediate effect if any organization participating in the utilization of the
national assets (which is a third party directly or indirectly in legal relationship with the user of the
national assets) may not any more be qualified a transparent organization due to a reason
occurring after the execution the agreement for the utilization of the national assets.
Pursuant to Article 2 (6) of Act CLXXV of 2011 on Right of Association, Non-profit Status, and the Operation and
Funding of Civil Society Organisations Civil Society Organisations are civic associations, associations registered in
Hungary (with the exception of political parties) and foundations.
2 Pursuant to Act CXLIV of 2009 on Water Works Associations Water Works Associations are business organizations
with legal personality that can be reassigned to non-profit organizations.

I acknowledge that due to Article 41 (6) of Act on Public Finances no valid agreement for value
may be made charging the expenditure appropriation of the state budget and no payment may be
performed upon such agreement with a party which is a legal person or an organization without a
legal personality not being qualified as a transparent organization.
I acknowledge that in order to inspect the conditions of transparency, pursuant to Article 54/A of
Act on National Assets, Budapest Business School is entitled to process any data (defined in
Article 54/A) relating to the transparency of the organization represented by me, provided that in
Article 54/A the word “beneficiary” is deemed to mean “legal person” or “company without legal
personality”. Budapest Business School may process said data until the term of limitation of the
claims deriving from the agreement
I declare that in case any data set forth in the present declaration is changed in any way I shall
send a modified Transparency Declaration containing the corrected data to Budapest Business
School within 8 days from the changing of the data, or in case the organization represented by me
is not qualified as a transparent organization any more I shall report it immediately.
