NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION
Subject:
Hiring of outsource personnel semiskilled (Daily Wager) -regarding.
Sealed quotation are invited from reputed and financial sound manpower
suppliers agencies for supply of three MTS on daily wages basis by 22/08/2014 (12:00
Noon). The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in presence of
interested contractors or their representative in the above mentioned office.
The scope of work and general conditions of contract is as under:(a) Duties and responsibilities of Multi Tasking Staff

Physical maintenance of records of section.
General cleanliness & upkeep of the Section/Unit.
Carrying of files & other papers within the building.
Photocopying, sending of FAX etc.
Other non-clerical work in the Sections/Unit.
Assisting in routine office work like diary, dispatch etc. including on
computer.
7. Delivering of Dak (inside & outside the building)
8. Watch & ward duties.
9. Opening & closing of rooms.
10. Cleaning of rooms.
11. Dusting of furniture etc.
12. Cleaning of building, fixture etc.
13. Work related to his ITI qualification, if it exists
14. Driving of vehicles, if in possession of valid driving license
15. Upkeep of parks, lawns, potted plants etc.
16. Any other work assigned by superior authority.

Service Tax as applicable shall be paid only after providing proof of
having deposited the same with Service Tax authorities.

The requirement of this office may increase or decrease during period of
contract.
The competent authority of O/o Chief Controller of Accounts, Principal
Accounts Office M/o Law & Justice, SCI and M/o Corporate Affairs, 3rd
Floor, C Wing, Lok Nayak Bhawan,Khan Market, New Delhi-110 003
reserves the right to cancel the contract without assigning any reason.
The contracting firm / agency / company should be registered with
appropriate authorities.
The contract shall commence from 25/08/2014 and shall continue for a
period of six months, unless it is curtailed or terminated by this office
owing to deficiency of service, sub-standard quality of Attendants
deployed, breach of contract, reduction or cessation of the requirements of
work or without assigning any reasons.
The contract shall automatically expire after six months from
commencement of the contract unless extended further by this office.
The contract may be extended, on the same terms and conditions, for a
further period not exceeding six months at the discretion of competent
authority.
The contracting Company / Firm / Agency shall not be allowed to transfer,
assign, pledge or sub-contract its rights and liabilities under this contract
to any other agency without the prior written consent of this Department.
The contractor will be required to pay minimum wages as prescribed
under the Minimum Wages Act. The contractor will maintain proper
record as required under the Law/Acts.
The manpower supplied must be well dressed and well behaved.
The competent authority shall interview in persons proposed shall be
deployed by the contractor.
The rate should not exceed by 10% to the minimum wages notified by
Delhi Govt.
