Guidelines on Loan of Furniture items from LG3 Amenities Service Counter

Each counter shall have a maximum of 1 table, 1 noticeboard, 2 PVC chairs and 4 stools.
Each polling counter shall have a maximum of 1 table, 1 noticeboard and 4 PVC chairs.
Checking-out of equipment may be done earliest at 8:30 am on every Monday,
Checking-in of equipment shall be done latest at 7:00 pm on every Friday.
Checking-out of noticeboard may be done from 5:00 pm the day before the start of each
promotion week.
6. Nominated cabinets must present society stamp for checking-out equipment.
