Automotive Tier One Plastic Injection Molding near Lexington, Kentucky.
Degree is not required, but most of the following skills and experience are very important:
 Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, MSA
 Experience in injection molding a plus.
 SPC and Process Capability
 Standard Quality Tools: Flow Charts, Control Charts, Histograms, Scatter Diagrams, Pareto Charts
 Working knowledge of descriptive statistics and statistical inference tools (t test, ANOVA, etc.).
 Can understand engineering draws and specifications. Understands GD&T.
 Good problem solving skills, proven from experience with product improvement projects.
 Familiar with internal, customer and third party (including TS 16949) auditing.
 Proficient computer skills. Excel: Formulas, Charts, and Macros. Access: Queries, Reports.
Knowledge of VBA a plus
 Willing to travel, including by air.

Lean Manufacturing Professional
This is a newly created role for a publicly held company with sales topping $1.3 billion dollars located in
Omaha, Nebraska. This position will be vital to driving a lean culture through out the organization.
Responsibilities include facilitating all site lean events on the shop floor and in offices. This position
requires at least 50% travel both domestically and internationally to assist in training, coaching, and driving
lean. The salary range is $50k-$70k with a bonus potential of up to 6% depending on experience and
proven results.
Requirements:
 Bachelors Degree in business or technical field. Advanced degree is a plus.
 Lean/Sigma certification or demonstrated Lean implementation experience.
 5-7 years of Lean implementation experience in a manufacturing and office environment.
 Trainer certification preferred.
 Experience with lean tools that include 5S, VSM, TPM, Kanban, and Kaizen
