adviser to management in relation to the sale by ING of Williams de Broë
plc (Williams de Broë), the UK stockbroking business.

Williams de Broë acts as corporate broker to more than 50 clients,
focusing on the UK small and mid cap market, with a particular strength in
the mining sector.

net worth individuals and has nearly £1bn of assets under management.
The Private Client business offers discretionary portfolio management as
