ROY GRACE CHRISTMAS QUIZ
Prepared by Mastermind contender, Ken Owen
WELCOME to the Roy Grace quiz for Christmas 2011!
The quiz is deliberately intended to make YOU, like Roy Grace himself, do lots of detective work! You will need to check the
books, use your powers of deduction, and research other facts, to answer the questions.
It is perfectly possible that no-one will achieve a complete set of correct answers. So don’t despair if you can’t come up with
replies to every question – send your entry in anyway, you might still get more right than anyone else.
If we have more than one reply with the highest total score, there is a tie-breaker to decide the winner. At the end of the quiz,
there is space for you to write a limerick (normal five-line format) about Roy Grace. The best of these from any tied answer
sheets will be awarded the first prize. And the limericks of all entries will also be judged separately for the best one overall,
with a separate prize for that, regardless of the score in the quiz section.
Closing date for entries is Friday 6th January 2012. A list of answers and notes on the questions will be made available after
winners are announced.
Naturally, the judges’ decision is final in all matters. Away you go – and make a “dead good” job of it!
When you’ve completed the quiz, send your answers sheet back to pjamesxqanswers@gmail.com
