MEET, DISCOVER, SHARE...
ASAP is the new meeting given by the ski/outdoor textile brands to professionals, shops and
retailers, in order to present their winter's collections.
It will be the fourth edition of ASAP in next January the 13th and 14th.
50 brands welcomed the retailers January 14th & 15th 2013: about 55 brands will join the
ASAP14. The aim is to optimize the coming of retailers in Annecy, in order to discover new
collections and trends.
ASAP is a first of its kind: the event offers a preview of the collections at the very heart of the
brand’s showroom; some brands have yet their showroom in Annecy, others establish an
ephemeral showroom in Annecy especially for ASAP.
A shuttle service is provided in order to allow you to move from a showroom to another; you
can also choose to move just as you want on the different annecian places: Parc Altaïs, Parc
des Glaisins, Metz-Tessy, Annecy.
Monday, January 13th: at the end of the day, retailers and professionals are invited to a party
at the Imperial Palace during which a fashion show is organized to discover new trends
winter 2014/2015 with a cocktail.
Brands participating undertake to present a selection of clothing exclusively devoted to
skiing/outdoor winter activities.

THE SHOW, THE PARTY
It is a special moment during which buyers could discover and meet different brands
participating the event.
THE EVENING PROGRAMM:
NEW! This year the show will be organized in 2 parts!
The first part of about 20 minutes then a break during which champagne will be served and
the second part of the show lasting 20 other minutes.
This fashion show is an opportunity for brands to get models (3 to 4 models for each) in
order to present the “highlights” of the next season.
At the middle of the show, an appetizer “champagne et petits-fours” will be served after the
first part to provide a gourmet break to all our guests. Then the show continues with the
second part about 20 minutes also.
In order to get a good visibility for each brand we are forced to limit the fashion show to 160
Max models. Moreover, the presence in this fashion show and the number of models will be
subject to acceptance by the organizer.
Admission to this event is by invitation only (managed by Sportair).
Warning! Limited places
Following the fashion show we offer a cocktail dinner. This highlight allows you to exchange,
share the feeling of everyone in a relaxed atmosphere appropriate to business contacts.

For reasons of capacity and security and to give priority to retailers, we ask brands to limit
the number of their team in the evening.
Flat rate is requested for the following brands items below:
 If the mark does not parade / only presence evening = 2 persons/brand
 If the brand participates to the fashion show = 3 persons/brand
If more, we charge 50€ per extra person.

THE PLACE
Annecy is the nerve center of French ski/snowboard and outdoor companies.
Most of them have a showroom, including those whose headquarters are not on site.
This year, to allow brands which are not located on Annecy, we booked “l’Espace Rencontre”
to accommodate all those who wish (conditions: contact Virginie Du Noyer)
“l’Espace Rencontre” is located just outside le Parc des Glaisins.
THE DATE
This date is ideal for all market players. It is before all European shows and before the winter
school holidays (in France).
This is a real AVANT-PREMIERE which you participate.
