His experience in acoustical and vibration engineering encompasses analysis, modeling and design for building industry (ranging from single and multi family residential buildings to commercial office spaces and industrial spaces), oil and gas extraction and mining industries, schools and auditoriums (performance spaces), correctional facilities, health care facilities, outdoor use facilities such as race tracks and firing ranges, and industrial noise mitigation. Mr. McGregor is well versed in the applications and provisions of Federal, state and local noise and zoning ordinances. He is qualified as an expert witness in acoustics and has presented testimony in court, at public hearings and to county commissioners.
