Biography
Luke is now the Associate Director of Enterprise Risk Services of Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu in
Hong Kong. He specializes on IT risk consulting services, including data privacy, data loss
prevention, electronic banking, electronic commerce, system and network security. Besides he is
familiar with utilizing different computer tools in order to perform his duties in engagements on
Network & Systems Quality Services, such as PKI/Certification Authority Assurance, Internet
Banking, Payment Gateway, Internet Stock Trading Security and Control Consulting Service. In
addition, Luke also performed different Computer Audit and Networking Security services as part
of Audit engagement in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and Consulting engagements by involving in
preparing audit programs, implementing the audit, analyzing and reporting findings as well as providing value-adding
recommendations to clients.
