What sort of children's birthday parties can Jabberwocky provide?
We have lots of options for you to choose from:
Jabberwocky Soft Play Party
Our standard soft play party, priced at £10.95 per child, includes:
- 1 hour soft play
- 1 hour party room hire, plus a birthday tea
- Jabberwocky invitations and thank you cards
Mad Hatter’s Tea Party
For a soft play party with a twist, try our Jabberwocky Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, for only
£11.95 per child. This includes all of the above from our soft play party, but with a
special Mad Hatter’s birthday tea. The table is set with themed decorations and we
provide assorted children’s teacups, saucers and teapots, plus a dressing up box!
Jabberwocky Soft Play and Games Party
Let us organise your party from start to finish with our soft play and games party, for
£13.95 per child. Enjoy all the benefits from our standard party, in addition to various fun
filled games with our experienced and friendly party coordinator, and Jabberwocky
party bags!

For those who would prefer an alternative party to soft play, we have various other
options available:
Magic Pete’s Award Winning Magic Show
Enjoy Pete’s exciting magic show for either 45 minutes or 1 hour(balloon modelling
included in the 1 hour show) followed by a birthday tea, all in our large party room.
Minimum of 10 children, prices start at £189.50
Fun Filled Mini Disco and Games
Enjoy Pete’s mini disco and games for 45 minutes – 1 hour, followed by a birthday tea in
our large party room. Minimum of 10 children, prices start at £189.50
Themed Craft Party
We can also offer a themed craft party according to your child's interests, plus a
birthday tea, in our large party room. Minimum of 10 children, prices start at £129.50
Singing Princess Party
Enjoy a fun-filled princess party, including games, prizes, disco, sing-a-long and a
singing princess, followed by a birthday tea in our large party room. Minimum of 10
children, prices start at £229.50. (Olaf and snow £10 extra)
Again, extras can be added to your party, for an additional cost.

Total Cost
The price depends on the options you choose. We will give you a full
breakdown at the time of booking so you can plan your party within your
budget. The cost will include all food, room hire, soft play charges, costs of any
entertainers and materials, and VAT. You will receive an itemised bill for the full
cost at the time of booking, and not be presented with any extra charges on
the party day. All parties are for a minimum of 10 children.
Half of the total sum is required as a deposit to confirm the booking. We reserve
the right to re-let the space if payment is not made by the required date.
How do I know if you have space on the date I'd like to book?
Call in and ask us, or email us on hello@jabberwockysoftplay.co.uk or telephone us on
01620 248070. We advise a provisional booking to reserve your chosen time, which is
confirmed on payment. A provisional booking lasts one week.
Can we book the entire soft play?
As we don't want other customers to arrive and find the soft play is unavailable, this
is not possible. However as we will know your party numbers in advance, at very
busy times we may ask other customers to wait until the play frame is less busy. This
ensures there will always be room for your party on the play frame, and that there
are never too many children on the play frame at any one time.
What about the party food?
We can provide a range of freshly-made sandwiches and cakes according to
the number and ages of the children. We have price bands for different menus
suitable for different age groups. According to our café policy, all our food is
made from the best ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible.
Do you provide birthday cakes?
We do not bake birthday cakes, although we can arrange for a cake from a
local Mum who bakes cakes to order for you. We can give you her details at the
time of booking. We need three weeks notice for this service.
Do I need to stay with the children?
We need at least one responsible adult with the birthday party at all times.
