Dr. Rico helped capture a $250 million NASA contract, design NASA's $20 billion space station, lead SW-CMM Level 3/ISO 9001 initiatives for a $40 billion Japanese corporation in Tokyo, modernize a $150 million USAF radar range, automate 36 U.S. military logistics depots in the Middle East, and reengineer an avionics budgeting tool for 50 million lines of code representing 36 U.S. Navy aircraft such as the F-18, F-14, and many others.
