He is the Project Coordinator for the World Economic Forum in Puerto Rico. Francisco is actively involved in the national and international business and competitiveness fields with various organizations including the Private Sector Coalition, the US Council on Competitiveness and the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils. Currently, he serves as Chair of the Department of Business Administration at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon Campus, where he was also responsible for Planning and Institutional Studies, and founded the International Competitiveness Institute. Francisco holds a Doctor of Management degree from the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University, a Masters of Business Administration from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
