Students really liked the fact that the text and content of the lesson dealt with a very recent technological development. One of the students managed to read an article about Google wallet, only one day before the lesson. He admitted being surprised that the lesson was about this product.
The first exercise provided the students with an interesting platform to practise some grammar. There were some difficulties and confusion because several answers were good in some cases. The students had no problems in answering the comprehension questions, but some could have done better with their spelling and grammar. In general, they showed good understanding of the text.
The word formation exercise was done with relative ease compared to previous times. Many words were included as a revision of what had been done before.
