UNIT: Winter Park Campus Dean of Students
Team building is ongoing as staff change; will
have two retirements in 08-09 and at least three
other positions will most likely turn over due to
graduations/staff getting full-time positions
Dean of Students is working on expectation
management for staffing; as campus continues to
grow with no increase in staff there will be
longer lines and we eliminated part-time advising
position, so there is less availability for advising
so wait times or times when students may have to
return for service may increase
