Planning Meeting 8th October 2009 09/156 ITEMS FOR THE NEXT MEETING A question was asked about the Dormy Hotel site and whether there had been any further progress with an application for the site. The Committee were informed that the office had been contacted by the developer and they would like to make a presentation regarding their proposals in the near future. Once a date for the meeting had been agreed details would be distributed to Councillors. The Deputy Town Clerk at the request of the Town Clerk requested that the Committee look again at delegated powers for officers when dealing with planning applications and the Town Clerk was asked to prepare a report and a presentation for a forthcoming meeting. 09/157 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING The next meeting of the Planning Committee will be held on Thursday 29th October 2009.
