NOTE: For Hotel Reservations: Embassy Suites is extending a special group rate of $142 single, $152 double, $162 triple, and $172 quad occupancy for
all exhibitors and attendees. AGATE conference room rates will be available until January 8, 2016. Embassy Suites reserves the right to discontinue
offering contracted rates following that date or when the group block is full (whichever comes first). Please make your own hotel reservations by telephoning
directly the Reservations Department at 501-321-4430 and identify yourself as being with the AGATE conference group. You may also register online using
our group code “AGT.” Reservations require a check or credit card guarantee of the first night's room and tax (14.5%). Cancellations must be received by
3 pm on the day prior to arrival to receive full refund. If you leave earlier than your reservation indicates, you will be charged $75 early departure fee unless
you inform the front desk at the time of check-in. Check in time is 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is 12:00 P.M. Self parking is available at no charge.
