High-level administrative projects: arrange, schedule and manage travel arrangements, off-site
meetings, and conference calls; attend meetings and record; prepare meeting minutes
Maintain calendar for the CEO; staff, and personal items
Generate business correspondence for CEO and disseminate via email.
Disseminate all levels of confidential information between executives, crew, clients and CEO
Produce and distribute documents, create files, maintain files, copy and fax, transcription, as
needed on a day-to-day basis
Serve as liaison between CEO and corporate associates and field personnel
Research various projects for content clarity and accuracy
Act as Project Manager on various projects assigned by CEO
Write commercial spots, articles for marketing and web purposes
Review/edit manuscripts in development before going to print
Maintain home office: create and maintain personal files

Screen calls and letters CEO receives from business and personal contacts to properly forward to
personnel/department for handling and follow-up to ensure completion of task/request
Research various records in regards to: history and accuracy
Generate and maintain Annual Contribution giving for the company
Generate spreadsheets for various vendors to help CEO in signing checks and legal support
Act as Project Manager on various projects assigned by CEO
Write articles for marketing department
Review/edit advertising spots before going to print
Travel with CEO for various business trips
Follow up on all current insurance claims and generate all documentation needed for completion
of claim submitted
Check various theaters/properties and report back to Director of Operations/Director of Property
Management on any areas of concern
Maintain home office: go through mail, maintain “Social” filing, creating and maintaining personal
files
Drive CEO during the weekend on various errands in town, as needed.
