NOTICE OF REFUSAL FOR CAUSES TO: Chief Executive Officer Google, Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View 94043 CALIFORNIA, USA FROM: Paul A. Mitchell, B.A., M.S. Damaged Party DATE: June 20, 2011 A.D. SUBJECT: arithmetic errors Chief Executive Officer: The integer 16 is not equal to the integer 100. The integer 16 is not equal to the integer 20. The integer 16 is not equal to the integer 5. Allow me to recommend that you send Mr. Roy Batista back to school to learn simple arithmetic. It is shocking in the extreme to read such utter nonsense issuing from a corporation that claims to possess such fabulous expertise in computer technology. Shame! Shame!! Shame!!! All of your responses to my original Complaint to the Washington State Attorney General (“AGO”) are hereby refused for causes including, but not limited to, fraud in the inducement, willful misrepresentation, wire fraud and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activities by unlicensed California attorneys and their accomplices (see all attached). p.s. I also read that several Google, Inc. executives were convicted in Italy of criminal privacy violations, and Mr. Eric Schmidt was also convicted of defamation in France. Quite a pattern developing here! How are your friends at the NSA doing, by the way? Inquiring minds would like to know. Sincerely yours, /s/ Paul A. Mitchell Paul A.
