Met with my clients to determine Scope of Work for the projects. Estimated/budgeted 100% of my projects. Designed and specified 75% of my projects, reviewed and consulted with A/E on other 25%. Once funded, approved, I planned the projects, and created the project schedules. Analyzed specifications, made material take-offs, reported high demand on stock materials, ordered specialty and long lead-time items. Negotiated some price quotes and vendor deliveries, recommended PO award and coordinated material deliveries.
