Lynn takes a hands-on approach when it comes to managing SPM. She oversees company operations on a daily basis and is personally involved with our clients and communities. Lynn is a licensed real estate broker with over 17 years experience in real estate sales, development, and property management. With over 25 years of commercial accounting experience, Lynn firmly believes that financial oversight and fiscal responsibility are key aspects of successful property management services. Dee Lee · 770-535-1020 ext. 303 Associate Broker/Property Manager Dee Lee has been affiliated with Southern Property Management since its inception. Dee has a degree in real estate from Houston College and over 21 years of experience working in the construction, development, property management, and the real estate sales industry. Dee is an associate broker of Southern Property Management. Our clients appreciate his vast professional experience, especially when it comes to helping them navigate through the build out phase, construction of capital improvements, as well as planning and zoning. Tiffany earned her B.S. from North Georgia College and State University in the field of Sociology, with a concentration in the Sociology of Organization/Industry/Science. She graduated with Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa Honors and also lettered in two sports at the collegiate level. After obtaining her real estate license in 2002, Tiffany worked as the marketing director for a multimillion dollar-per-year real estate sales team. Desiring a position where she could combine both her love of interacting with and assisting clients and her passion for the real estate industry, Tiffany made the transition into community association management.
