Submitted and received a $2500 grant from North Central Health Services to purchase supplies
for the Family Health Clinic of Monon to provide in home healthcare services by nurse
practitioners and public health students as identified by clinic staff and area agencies to include
CDC, White County Hospital Home Health, and Area IV on Aging. Grant was co-authored by
Elizabeth O’Neal.
Participated in the HRSA grant 00391952 by collecting data about Clinton, White, Carroll, and
Cass County when requested by participating HRSA grant writers.
