1. Your back story:
Type in here… I started to work out at the early age of 16 by doing body weight exercise’s, within
90 days my friends began to notice the change in my body and stopped teasing me about how
skinny I was and from that point I never turned back. As I continued to work out I began to
develop new goals with body weight exercise’s and after some hard work and practice I began to
do 2000 pushups a day alternating with sit ups and free squats for the work week. I then started
to understand that the body can adapt to exercises with time and to this day I am still challenging
how far the body could be pushed and decided to help others tap in to their hidden potential. For
the past 5 years I have served as a master trainer for two major health clubs in New York City.
During this time while I was getting people to lose weight, gain muscle and get over all stronger I
noticed that more and more people were turning up with injuries that stem from repetitive
motions, lower back pain, knee problems, shoulder and bad posture. These aliments were
challenging for me because I had to think of other ways to train the client to achieve their goal.
So I began to obtain certifications for these special populations and my business began to take
off. But what was more gratifying was providing people with this post injury training after being
cleared by their doctor to have clients say “I can run now, I can touch my feet and know I can
obtain my overall goal to lose weight which I did not think was possible due to their injuries”. IT
was also at this point that I began to notice that major health clubs primary goal was just to hit the
sales goal for training and not the overall wellbeing of the client. So I decided to start my own
brand of training that addresses imbalances before giving a program to the client along with diet
and separate myself so that I will not be looked at as a sales man but one who generally cares
for the client’s needs. Thus continuous motion was born.

15. Please describe your product or service in as much detail as possible:
I provide one on one personal training at an exclusive training studio in Manhattan. Unlike other
programs that our based off of split routines with machines and classic dumbbells, my program is
based on continuous body motion which is the most effective way to reduce body fat. This
method allows for more muscle recruitment more calories burned and saves time. To obtain this
goal I designed a 90 day program that uses the latest modalities in the industry, for our purpose
we tend to utilize the clients own body weight as means of resistance
to limit injury and
establish a base of support.. The body weight devices we utilize are the TRX suspension trainer
and Air fit pro trainer that allows your body to be used as the machine. We also incorporate an
exclusive resistance band training method that progress with different types of bands bi weekly. .
I also provide an individualized cardio program that is based off of the client’s heart rate. Our
nutrition program allows the client to get involved and is tailored to the client’s needs of muscle
gain or weight loss. The program allows the client to log in their food daily and has a calorie
target that must be hit daily. As the trainer I check to see what was logged in and the client will
receive handouts on portion sizes as well as healthy food choices and recipes and the platform
we use is powered by Dotfit for nutrition.
We also provide an exclusive10 week out door resistance band boot camp that is not offered any
were else in the New York City area and is held in central park. I also offer corrective exercise
programing for posture which entails a 10 exercise programs for each of the following conditions
kyphosis, lordosis, flattened s-curve and elevated or rotated hip. We also have programs for the
following plantar fasciitis, patellar tendonitis prevention and lower back prevention
I also offer virtual training programs for weight loss and muscle gain for individuals who cannot
make it to training studio and is powered by DR.OZ on the sharecare platform.
Residential program is designed for those who don’t belong to a gym and have a gym in their
building. I am equipped to produce results in small areas that do not have a lot of equipment
because the tools i use for my program can be carried in a simple bag.
