Margaret Forde
Margaret Forde is a registered counselling psychologist, organisational psychologist
and accredited psychotherapist, practicing in Dublin since 1986. “ Positive
Psychology is not all about “being happy-clappy” or trying to force yourself to “think
positively” while actually feeling down, but about maximizing your strengths,
discovering and working with your passions, finding flow, engagement, meaning,
enhancing your positive emotions, expressing gratitude, savouring the good things,
living in the present moment, developing resilience, cultivating your relationships

Noeline Blackwell
Noeline Blackwell is Director General of FLAC (Free Legal Advice Centres), an
independent non-governmental organisation that campaigns for equal access to
justice. FLAC informs people about their rights, Irish law and how to navigate issues
they have. To this end it campaigns on a range of legal issues but also offers some
basic, free legal services to the public. FLAC currently concentrates its work on four
main areas: Legal Aid, Social Welfare, Credit & Debt and Public Interest Law.

Dr. Rhonda Wynne
Rhonda Wynne completed her doctoral thesis in 2010 on how the civic role of
universities is understood and practiced. Her interest in this area was sparked by
involvement in a number of European Grundtvig projects on Active Citizenship.
Rhonda is presently Programme Development Manager in the Adult Education
Centre at University College Dublin (UCD), where she develops an annual Open
Learning programme. These unaccredited courses aim to make the rich intellectual
resources of the university available to adult learners irrespective of educational
background. Rhonda has taught widely on professional development programmes
for adult education practitioners and on study skills initiatives.
