DISNEY THEATRICAL GROUP (DTG) operates under the direction of Thomas Schumacher and is among the
world’s most successful commercial theatre enterprises. Through Disney Theatrical Productions and Disney
Live Family Entertainment, DTG produces and licenses live entertainment events that reach a global annual
audience of more than 20 million people in more than 40 countries. Under the Disney Theatrical
Productions banner, the group produces and licenses Broadway musicals around the world, including
Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Elton John & Tim Rice’s Aida, TARZAN® and Mary Poppins, a coproduction by Disney and Cameron Mackintosh. DTP’s newest production The Little Mermaid debuted on
Broadway in January of 2008 and has proven to be the most popular new show of the season. In 2007,
Disney Theatrical also launched the professional touring stage version of Disney’s High School Musical which
reached 41 cities in the US throughout its year-long run. Through Disney Live Family Entertainment, DTG
delivers live entertainment around the world through its license to Feld Entertainment, producer of Disney
on Ice and Disney Live! Recent productions include Disney Live! Three Classic Fairy Tales, Playhouse Disney
Live!, and the record-breaking production of High School Musical: The Ice Tour. Its newest ice production,
Disney on Ice: Worlds of Fantasy, features beloved characters from The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and,
for the first time, features characters from Disney*Pixar’s Cars and all the Fairies from the upcoming Tinker
Bell films. In addition, DTG licenses musical titles for local school and community theatre productions
through Music Theatre International.
STAGE ENTERTAINMENT UK is a major producer of successful, high profile live entertainment, including West
End musicals and touring productions throughout the United Kingdom. Current productions include the
multi-award winning Hairspray at London's Shaftesbury Theatre, UK tours of Disney's High School Musical and
Fame, as well as Strictly Come Dancing Live! In London, Stage Entertainment UK has previously produced
Disney's High School Musical, Fame, Contact, The Full Monty, Spend Spend Spend and Blue Man Group.
Projects for 2009 include the world premiere of Sister Act at the London Palladium and the UK tours of
Disney's High School Musical 2 and Saturday Night Fever. The company co-owns See Tickets in the UK, the
country's second largest ticketing agency.
Stage Entertainment was founded by Joop van den Ende in 1998. From its Museumplein headquarters in
Amsterdam the company has evolved into an important player in the international live entertainment
industry. Employing over 5000 people worldwide, Stage Entertainment has bases in the Netherlands,
Germany, Spain, France, the UK, the United States, Russia, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
Stage Entertainment works with international partners to produce and tour the world's biggest musical
theatre titles, as well as developing and producing its own musicals. The company is also proud of its
portfolio of over 30 independently owned theatres and venues and its co-ownership of See Tickets
International, Europe's second largest ticketing company, selling tickets in each territory where the

DISNEY CHANNEL presents entertainment programming for kids and families including the hit animated
series Phineas and Ferb, the live action sensation Hannah Montana and the Disney Channel Original
Movies High School Musical and Camp Rock.
