say that I think I AM covered by Fair Use, but if you disagree, I will shorten the length to make it
**substantially less** than the whole, not just **less** than the whole, so as to satisfy both Fair Use
and Fair Dealing. Furthermore, since YouTube has allowed BOTH of these songs to be posted IN
FULL, this DOES set legal precedent that Fair Use allows even more than what I posted, which should,
as I see it in GEUNINE GOOD FAITH, cover me –and then some, but if you disagree, then, to PROVE
and DEMONSTRATE my GEUNINE GOOD FAITH, I will shorten it AS MUCH AS NEEDED so as
